Our company I M Bookkeeping started as a sole trader in 2008 and became a Ltd in 2013. It currently operates its two main activities of bookkeeping and customs clearance as separate divisions in the UK market.
What we provide…
In 2021, our company was admitted as the first international partner of the Hungarian Customs Association. We are also a member of the Institute of Export and International Trade. We believe that there are no unsolvable problems, only challenges to be solved, with the promise of success.
In the past, our team has helped our clients to navigate the maze of challenges posed by the new situation by solving various customs clearance problems and answering questions about the changed regulations.

- Establishing collaborations with Hungarian and other EU Member State customs brokers to make it as easy and simple as possible for our customers.
- To make it easier and more convenient for our customers to clear customs clearance procedures for our customers.
- Providing a customs warehouse if necessary
Thanks to our many years of experience in UK tax law and accounting, we can also provide assistance and solutions for specialised tasks such as registrations for the use of DDP incoterms or changes in the payment of VAT on small value mailings.
Together, for each other, complementing each other, we work as a team to solve our clients’ problems.
In extreme situations, we have a network of experienced and outstanding international and English-speaking consultants.
Currently the company has a staff of 6 people. Four of them are qualified as customs brokers and have international trade experience.

Ildikó supervises the customs division. She is the primary contact for clients and the UK Customs Office. She brings her extensive knowledge and years of international trade experience to challenging situations.

Csaba Rácz
With more than 10 years of international trade and transport experience, Csaba has a good understanding of the pitfalls of the supply chain. However, his primary responsibility is the preparation of customs declarations.

We hold diplomas from the UK Customs Academy and BIFA (British International Freight Association). Our current highest qualification is the Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Customs Compliance from the UK Customs Academy and covers the following subjects
